Joining & Reporting

For students placed at Alliance Girls' and their parents — everything you need before and on reporting day, in one place.

How placement works. Alliance Girls' is a national public school. Placement to Grade 10 (and, previously, Form 1) is done centrally by the Ministry of Education through national assessment and selection — there is no separate online application to the school. If your daughter has been placed here, this page tells you what to do next. For genuine enquiries, please contact the school office.

Admission & joining letters

Calling and joining letters for placed students, organised by intake year, will be available to download here during the reporting season.

✎To be uploaded by the school: the current intake's admission / joining letter(s) as PDFs. Once supplied, they download from this card.

Reporting dates & procedure

Reporting dates, time, and the step-by-step reporting procedure for the term.

✎To confirm with the school: this term's reporting date(s), reporting time and procedure, for publication here.

Requirements & shopping list

Uniform, boarding kit and personal effects, plus the documents to carry on reporting day.

✎To be uploaded: the official requirements / shopping list (uniform & boarding kit) as a PDF.

Fees & payment

Government-regulated fees and the school's official payment channels. Fees are informational — please pay only through the published bank account.

Boarding & visiting

Alliance is a full boarding school. New students are allocated to houses on arrival; visiting days are scheduled through the term. See our Boarding Life page for what daily life is like.

Bursaries & support

Families who need help with fees can draw on a wide bursary and sponsorship ecosystem. Our Fees & Bursaries page explains the main options — NG-CDF, county bursaries and national funds — and how to apply.
